LIGHTWEIGHTS are designed and made to order in New York City from LEDs, brass fittings, and thousands of sheets of layered paper. They measure time as ebbing and flowing accumulations of light, visually linking short-term time (seconds, minutes, hours, and days) with long-term time (years, decades, centuries, and millenia).
